Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor quality performance to achieve quality standards.
• Evaluate process audit reports and measurement data.
• Communicate between factories, local QCs and WST team.
• Risk identification and solution finding
• Coordinate with RD/QCs for quick implementation of solutions
• Validate monthly and annual quality performance reports.
• Evaluate process audit reports and measurement data.
• Establish and maintain electronic shipment inspection reports.
• Assure shipment quality (cosmetic, paint adhesion, packing and physical properties)

Yêu cầu công việc
• 3-4 years working experiences preferred in apparel industry
• Upper - secondary (High School) or equivalent
• Occasionally Travel to other countries is required.
• Fluent in both spoken & written English or Mandarin
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, outgoing personality, Loving sports
• Detail-oriented and good team player
• Good computer skill (MS Excel, Word, Power Point) and Outlook
• Good data analysis skill
• Having sense of responsibility

Nhà máy Tôn Hoa Sen Phú Mỹ được thành lập vào ngày 19/07/2010 với diện tích 16,7 ha bao gồm: nhà xưởng, văn phòng làm việc, trạm biến thế 110kV, hệ thống xử lý nước thải và hệ thống tái sử dụng nước, hệ thống sản xuất tôn khép kín, ứng dụng công nghệ hiện đại nhất trong ngành tại Việt Nam; được đầu tư với chi phí thấp nhất và thi công trong thời gian nhanh nhất nhưng vẫn đảm bảo chất lượng công trình. Tháng 04/2014, đưa vào hoạt động Trạm xử lý nước thải số 2 với công suất 100 m3/giờ. Nhà máy Tôn Hoa Sen Phú Mỹ là nhà máy có quy mô sản xuất tôn lớn nhất Đông Nam Á tính đến thời điểm hiện tại với tổng công suất thiết kế là 1.200.000 tấn/năm.
