Mô tả công việc

- Manage materials, spare parts, Create PR, Follow up with PO, Manage supplier's list etc. 

- Work under Maintenance Manager supervise 

- To be responsible for the enforcement of company's internal labor regulation, policies and procedures and other duties assigned by Immediately Supervisor.

 - To ensure compliance towards safety policies and regulation at all times.

 - To be responsible to control and protect company's assets. - Document controls (send & receive all documents ) 

- Organize and keep the project documents (hard copies and soft copies) in properly system. Update the status of document in daily. 

 - Assist ME Manager to prepare & submit request for approval document to CEO/ Finance/ Legal/ SCM/Accountant following to Company Policy / procedure. 

- Attend the Project meeting/ Internal Meeting, record and issue Minute of Meeting (check and approve by ME Manager before sending). 

- Record the status of Maintenance works: update the Work order via income email, completion of Work order, Quotation, payment request. 

 - Prepare and issue the Site Instruction, Site Memo following to the draft letter from ME Manager. 

 - Translate into English for important submission document requested by ME Manager.
