Welcome and Assist VIP Guests: Ensure VIP guests are warmly welcomed and assisted with seating arrangements.

Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages. Ensure the buffet area is clean and appealing.

Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the bar, tables, and other tools clean and in good condition. Coordinate with housekeeping to maintain a hygienic environment.

Stock Management: Stock ice, glassware, and supplies. Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs promptly.

Guest Communication and Problem Resolution: Address guest inquiries and requests regarding hotel and lounge services.

Compliance: Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring a professional appearance and demeanor.

2. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills –

• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

• Able to read and write English

Qualifications –

• Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent.

Experience –

• 1 year experience in Food and beverage / guest services operations / customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
