Navigos Search's client, 5 star hotel (100% foreign investment capital) in Hanoi center, is looking for Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability through effective sales strategies and client relationship management. This role demands a proactive, results-driven individual who excels in a luxury hospitality environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and exceeding guests' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for rooms, meetings, and events. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Lead Generation and Conversion: Identify and pursue new business leads, generate sales proposals, and negotiate contracts. Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through to successful closure.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of meetings, conferences, and special events. Oversee all aspects of the booking process to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences. Use insights to adapt sales strategies and enhance the hotel's market position.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments including marketing, reservations, and operations to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and guest service. Participate in hotel promotional activities and represent the hotel at industry events and trade shows.
Qualifications:
- Native-level Chinese skills required
- English proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience at oversea in the position/ title related to the recruitment position
- Strong sales skill and knowledge about hospitality/ hotel/ accommodation business in Hanoi
- Service mindset, positive attitude, problem solving ability
