Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting sample builds and new product introductions, optimizing production processes—especially molding—and driving continuous improvement in quality, cost, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up sample and new product plans; provide process and technical support to manufacturing and other departments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve processes to meet targets in safety, quality, cost, and operational excellence.
• Participate in developing new technologies, processes, equipment, and related projects.
• Validate and transfer new processes and equipment to production teams.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain injection molding processes for both new and existing products.
• Lead mold trials, process validations (IQ, OQ, PQ), and coordinate mold design, procurement, and improvement with vendors.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, and DOE to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Prepare procedures, work instructions, maintenance and calibration guides.
• Ensure compliance with company standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, IPC-A-620, etc.).
• Train production staff and subordinates on new equipment and procedures.
• Monitor subordinate activities (if any) and ensure documentation compliance.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree  in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical fields.
• Required Knowledge: Strong understanding of engineering principles, product testing methods, quality standards, and basic data analysis.
• Experience with design tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
• Gender: Male
• One-to-three-year experience in molding machine operation is preferable
• Can use Solidworks and Autocad 2D
• Good reporting skills
