• Research, develop, and implement high-frequency trading (HFT) algorithms on centralized exchanges (CEX) such as Binance, OKX, Bybit, etc.
• Analyze real-time market data (price, volume, order book) to build predictive models and optimize HFT trading decisions.
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics (e.g., latency, execution rate, slippage, Sharpe ratio) to evaluate and enhance algorithm performance.
• Optimize trading systems for low-latency execution and high-speed order placement on CEX platforms.
• Apply AI/ML techniques (e.g., reinforcement learning, deep learning) to improve HFT algorithm performance and identify trading opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy algorithms in production environments, ensuring stability and security.
• Mentor and guide Junior team members on HFT algorithm development and risk management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Quantitative Finance, or equivalent.
• At least 1.5 years of experience in developing and deploying HFT algorithms in crypto or equity markets, with a preference for experience on CEX platforms like Binance, OKX.
• Proficiency in at least one HFT strategy (including but not limited to): flash alpha, arbitrage, market making, or latency-driven strategies.
• Deep understanding of concepts such as order flow, market microstructure, bookmap, market imbalance.
• Advanced programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and at least one high-performance language like C++ or Golang for optimizing processing speed.
• Experience with CEX APIs and WebSocket for real-time data collection and processing.
• Strong knowledge of statistical probability (Bayesian, Markov, Kelly Criterion) and its application in quantitative trading.
• Experience in risk management for HFT, including mitigating slippage, latency risk, and counterparty risk.
• Minimum English proficiency of B2 (or equivalent), with the ability to research technical documents and communicate with international partners.
• Preference for candidates with experience leading teams or mentoring Junior members.
• Passion for crypto market research and high-frequency trading.
