About The Department

The Human Resources function balances organisational aspirations and employee needs, as we accelerate and strengthen people capabilities to enable sustainable business growth at UOB. Our team of Human Resources specialists are guided by four employee commitments: do what is right, build meaningful careers, make a real difference and lead by positive example.

Job Responsibilities

• Be responsible for volume recruitment, selection and on-boarding for designated functions and/or levels. Partner with Hiring Managers to deliver end-to-end Talent Acquisition in line with plan;
• Contribute to the end-to-end process for manpower of the bank, including but not limited to sourcing, talent mapping, on boarding;
• Develop candidate talent pipelines via leveraging or developing all recruitment channels to attract and connect with potential talents;
• Maintain awareness of the culture, plans, financial position, and competition of the business units under the HR perspectives;
• Promote the corporate culture/ values both internally and externally to strengthen the employer branding;
• Be responsible and contribute to the employer branding initiatives and campaigns;
• Improve process & procedures, making recommendation to enhance productivity and simplification;
• Assist in other HR works and projects as assigned.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in related fields;
• At least 3 years of working experience in human resources and talent acquisition or recruitment service agency, preferably in banking/ financial service exposure, understanding of banking operations & practices;
• Effective communication skill with strong business acumen and consulting skills to achieve win-win solutions among stakeholders;
• Strong service mindset and high commitment to timeline and quality;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and under pressure;
• A good & assertive communicator in English speaking & writing;
• The outsourcing labor contract will be signed-on with the UOB’s third party vendor.
