- To work in conjunction with all department heads to ensure maximum profitability
- To provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections
- To assess all incoming products, resources, and services to ensure the best price
- To be remain acutely aware of market trends that could impact resource costs
- To keep up to date on new vendors and possible cost-cutting partnerships
- To collaborate with department heads to strategize ways to minimize waste
- To commit to maximizing efficiency at all levels without compromising quality
- To develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures
- To roll out clear cost-saving programs with timelines and assessment goals
- To manage and control costs of all manufacturing, material and labor expenses; conduct performance management and help in the overall planning process; help set prices for labor and material; Take in charge of building the standard price of manufacturing products per year.
- To monthly report the comparison between the actual vs the budgeted and be able to highlight of improvement.

- At least University graduate relating to industrial management or with a Finance major.
- At least 4 years of experience in a multinational company with strict financial reporting requirements on industrial operations.
- Strong acquaintance with local business financial and accounting practices
- Experience as internal auditor in an audit company or a FMCG/ Pharmaceutical company would be preferable
- Analytical, Communication & Time management skills
- Proficient in English and strong in Google Sheet or Excel. Familiarity with ERP would be an advantage.
- Ability to work as a team member and be able to coordinate with concerned functions
- Proactive, High integrity, confidentiality, autonomy
- Working place: District 3, HCMC & Song May IZ, TrangBom, DongNai (at least one day/week).

13th month salary, yearly bonus
