Job Description
- Uncover actionable insights: Deep-dive into financial data, leveraging analytics techniques to identify trends, variances, root causes, hidden opportunities for growth, cost optimization, and improvement.
- Sharpen the strategic lens: Partner with senior leadership to develop and evaluate long-term financial plans, forecasting scenarios, and conduct cost impact analyses.
- Drive data-informed decisions: Translate complex financial information into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders, empowering informed decision-making.
- Become a trusted partner: Build strong relationships across departments, acting as a subject matter expert on financial operations and providing insightful guidance.
- Cultivate a data-driven culture: Collaborate with the BI and Operation teams to develop and maintain robust analytical dashboards, fostering a data-driven approach throughout the organization.
- Experience: 7+ years in FP&A or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering impactful insights and analysis. Candidates with ACCA/CPA are preferable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, financial metrics and reports, and scenario modeling.
- Leadership: Experience mentoring and leading teams, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
- Analytical Acumen: Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis skills, with the ability to identify patterns and correlations within complex datasets.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at tailoring presentations and reports to diverse audiences.
- Collaboration: Thrives in a collaborative environment, building strong relationships and effectively influencing internal stakeholders.
