Mô Tả Công Việc
- Set-up, administration, maintenance, and further development of the IT infrastructure (servers, clients, mobile devices)
- Deployment and maintenance of end devices
- Administration for standard software applications including Microsoft 365, Microsoft SQL, ERP and others.
- On-site deployments for administration of network infrastructure (patch panel), internet connectivity networked production machines and IoT applications
- You configure and maintain backup solutions and disaster recovery procedures.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing desktop computer systems and peripheral equipment problems
- Project work for the further development of the IT infrastructure at ZA Vietnam
- Maintenance and improvement of the in-house knowledge base in the field of IT
- Providing regular IT-trainings to employees

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Successfully completed studies in the field of Information Technology or Business Information Technology with at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of IT
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software, and programming
- Working knowledge of Windows Client and Windows Server operating Systems configuration and maintenance
- Intermediate knowledge of network technology
- Experience with the set-up and troubleshooting of peripherals (scanners, printers, handheld scanners, iPhones, iPads, etc.)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Analytical skills and problem-solving ability
