JOB DESCRIPTION

 Develop marketing strategies, creative concepts, and content for campaigns:

• Finding Big Ideas that matching both brand USP and Customer insight.
• Craft compelling Slogans, Taglines, and Headlines for all marketing campaigns.

Conduct research and analyze Customer Insights:

• Analyze and understand the behavior, needs, and preferences of target customer segments.
• Leverage Customer Insights to tailor strategies for specific business models.

In charge content creation and development for marketing campaigns.

Manage content, write, edit and proofread articles, blog posts, and other content in line with client objectives. Oversee content flow and ensure consistency across all platforms and channels.

Create engaging short-form video content

Conceptualize and create visual briefs:

• Develop creative image concepts and deliver clear, actionable briefs to bring campaign ideas, messaging, and content to life.

Write press releases and PR articles and media pitches that effectively communicate key messages and support brand visibility.

Measure and ensure consistency of campaign content and imagery:

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of campaigns to ensure content and imagery align with brand identity and messaging.
• Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all campaign touch points.
• Propose improvements and adjustments to optimize campaign effectiveness and brand coherence.

Basic understanding of SEO: Apply SEO best practices, including keyword research and optimization, to enhance content discoverability and campaign performance.

Take on additional content creation and marketing tasks as required to drive campaign success.

Making work evaluation reports, reporting performance performance and reporting related KPIs.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, Saturday 8:30am to 12:00pm.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must have:

• For foreigner only
• Live and work onsite for a long term in Danang
• Fluent in English.
• Strong understanding of customer insight extraction models and creativity in language use.

Nice to have:

• Understand the hospitality industry and have the ability to create native English content.
• Be creative and good at user experiences.
• A creative mind which can work alongside a very drunk design and creative team.
• Highly organised driven individual with skills in an agency environment.
