JOB DESCRIPTION

• Building a network of customers
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective customer
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content for clients.
• Make the plan for photo, video shooting according to the hotel’s USP
• Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content.
• Making work evaluation reports, reporting performance and reporting related KPIs

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Undergraduate student majoring in Sales, Marketing, or Advertising
• Have knowledge at Hospitality 
• Proven work experience as an Account Executive, Account Manager or relevant role
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
