JOB SUMMARY:
Supervise the implementation of inbounding, storage, outbounding, handling return in the highly effective method.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Periodically report: Slow- moving, Unused, damaged, EOL,…
- Ensure the good working environment: Motivation, Responsibility, Carefullness.
- Daily update of operation: Inbounding, Inventory, Delivery, Returns, Transfer.
- Manage delivery: safe, quick and cost management. Ensure the customer satisfaction at receiving.
- Maintain warehouse inventory: effective, clean, exact. Daily check the staff’s performance.
- Handle and perform other tasks as requested by the department head and the Board of Directors.
- Liase with relevant departments for delivery, documents, transfer.
- Ensure the proper facility maintenance and propose the solutions to improve the working condition: Truck, Van,
- Mangage records, documents to ensure the timely submission to relevant authorities, customers.
- Control the packaging, petrol usage per level limit.

JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Strong communication skills.
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Administration, Economics or a related field or a related field.
- Teamwork ability to support colleagues.
- 5+ years of experience in Logistics/ Supply Chain in the FMCG/Retail industry or a similar role.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office and other related software programs
- High sense of Carefullness, Responsibility.
