1. Develop an expansion plan based on the annual store expansion target
2. Evaluate and negotiate the location of commercial districts and stores, and be responsible for the results such as store location and cost
3. Coordinate with store building suppliers to ensure the progress of store construction
4. Maintain the relationship between real estate developers and Mall cooperation departments
