🚀 Join Our Team as an Associate BPO Analyst! 🌏s

Are you a proactive, collaborative professional ready to make an impact in the world of financial data operations? We’re looking for an Associate BPO Analyst to join our dynamic team!

✨ What You’ll Do

• ✅ Execute BPO service tasks and client requests with precision and timeliness.
• 💬 Communicate effectively with clients, third-party vendors, and data providers to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
• 🎯 Manage client expectations and demonstrate expertise in Confluence software solutions.
• 🛠️ Support clients via ZENDESK and internal teams via JIRA.
• 🤝 Participate in weekly client meetings and internal improvement initiatives.
• 🧪 Lead or contribute to testing new features and process enhancements.
• 📄 Suggest and update internal process documentation.

🕒 Working Hours

• Tuesday–Friday: 7am–4pm (VN time)
• Saturday: 7am–3pm (VN time)

What skills and experience do I need to succeed?

🔎 What You Bring

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 📊 2+ years in Fund Accounting or Financial/Investment Services (preferred).
• 💹 Strong understanding of financial market data (stocks, bonds, indices).
• 🧐 Analytical, meticulous, and critical thinking skills.
• ⏰ Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
• 🖥️ Experience with Confluence Platforms (required).
• 🗣️ Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
