Responsibilities/ Nhiệm vụ công việc chính:
- Plan, organize, and monitor embroidery & laser production to meet daily targets/Lập kế hoạch, tổ chức và giám sát hoạt động sản xuất thêu và laser nhằm đạt được mục tiêu hằng ngày.
- Set up and operate embroidery machines and laser cutting/etching machines/ Lắp đặt và vận hành máy thêu và máy cắt/khắc laser.
- Be able to control the embroidery machine computer and accurately arrange embroidery position boards/ Có khả năng vận hành máy tính của máy thêu và sắp xếp các các bảng vị trí thêu một cách chính xác.
- Check design files, approve samples, and ensure quality standards for all production/Kiểm tra hồ sơ thiết kế, mẫu phê duyệt, và đảm bảo các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng cho toàn bộ quá trình sản xuất.
- Supervise machine operators, provide training and ensure discipline in workshop/ Giám sát nhân viên vận hành máy thêu, đào tạo và đảm bảo tuân thủ kỷ luật tại xưởng.
- Troubleshoot machine issues, coordinate maintenance, and prevent downtime/ Khắc phục các sự cố về máy, phối hợp với bộ phận bảo trì để ngăn ngừa thời gian gián đoạn.
- Maintain production reports, quality inspection records/ Duy trì báo cáo sản xuất, hồ sơ kiểm tra chất lượng.
- Ensure safety procedures and a clean working environment/ Đảm bảo quy trình an toàn và môi trường làm việc sạch sẽ.
