Scope of work: • Responsible for fulfilling vacancies in a timely manner. • Controlling human resources to ensure that the recruitment of personnel is within the approved staffing budget. Responsibilities • Recruitment: - Create and publish job ads on various channels including social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Joboko, CareerViet, Joboko, Chefjob, Joboko... - Build talent pool and network with potential candidates proactively. - Screen CVs and conduct pre-screen interviews to analyze candidate experience and fit, as well as do a reference check within the network if possible. - Support the hiring manager during the recruitment process. Cooperate with hiring managers to review the job deions: Create new JDs, revised existing JDs when needed, and manage JD library. • Organization Chart: Update new personnel to Organization Chart (using Visio software) when there is a change. Create a new organizational chart as requested from the Head of HR. • Other tasks assigned by Head of HR.

• 2-3 years experience as Talent Acquisition/ Recruiter in services industry: Property Management/ F&B/ Hospitality • Advanced fluency in English & good computer skills • Bachelor's degree in related major • Ability to listen, understand, communicate and negotiate persuasively • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a team environment • Well planning, multitasking ability • Prioritize candidates who can recruit both unskilled workers and highly skilled professionals.
