Qualifications
- Junior 1: At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support/ Customer Service
- Junior 2: At least 3 years of experience in Customer Support/ Customer Service
- Fluent in written & spoken English
- Good teamwork skills
- Good customer support communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Possesses good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Able to work effectively in a high-pressure working environment
