* JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Teaching and learning quality assurance and assessment:
- Teacher observation and evaluation: Monitoring teaching scheduling. Observing and evaluating teachers’ performance. Reporting observation results to the line manager.
- Observing and evaluating students’ learning performance and monitoring planning and tutoring students at the center(s).
- Monitoring grouping for opening classes
- Handling all issues related to teaching and learning at the center(s) in charge. Conducting a survey to get feedback from learners.
- Reporting the quality of teaching and learning at the center(s) to the line manager on the monthly basis

2. Teacher, TA and professional staff training
- Conducting product training for new staff, teachers and TA.
- Training teaching methods and classroom management for new teachers and TAs at the centers in charge
- Proposing training topics needed for teachers and TAs

3. Teaching and academic activities
- Teaching 16 hours /month and substituting teachers when necessary
- Tutoring the learners
- Being an examiner for placement test
- Planning and implementing academic activities at the center(s) in charge

4. Joining TA recruiting process: Interview TAs

5. Other tasks upon request
