MAIN DUTIES

• Update the balance of the company's bank accounts every day.
• Perform transactions arising at the bank such as making payment orders, withdrawing checks, and depositing money into accounts.

Monitor debts and supplier payments:

• Monitor customer payment status, compare with original documents, and prepare accounts receivable.
• Monitor the company's outstanding debts with partners and report to leaders on debts that need to be paid on time.
• Summary of VAT invoices:
• Check the validity and accuracy of documents.
• Archive by project.

Prepare reports:

• Prepare monthly income and expenditure reports for superiors.
• Prepare reports on receivables and payables to have a payment plan.
• Prepare receipts and expenditures and match revenues and expenditures according to original documents.
• Check the amount of money received or spent to perform the task of importing and exporting the cash fund.

• Other tasks as requested by BOD

MUST - HAVE

• Certificate of training in chief accountant’s techniques

• + 3 years of working experience in accounting

• Good knowledge of accounting, tax and labor regulations and laws

• Familiar with accounting systems such as MISA

• Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields

• Meticulous in work and capable of resolving issues accurately and efficiently.

• Effective communication with colleagues and external partners.

• Profound understanding of accounting and tax processes, with the ability to handle financial and internal reports accurately and comprehensively.

• Year-end financial statements.

• Quarterly and annual tax reports.
