1. PAYABLE ACCOUNTING: OVERSEA PAYMENT
- Monitoring AP balance to ensure payments are up to date.
- Making sure all supporting documents are kept secure.
2. COST ACCOUNTING: MATERIAL REPORT FOR PLASTIC GOODS AND MOLD
- Check and compare data from warehouse, import and export departments to ensure data is
accurately accounted to calculate cost.
- Calculate and record all costing inputs belong to material to ensuring accuracy and compliance
with company policies.
- Maintain and update costing records for mold product.
- Coordinate with the import-export department to make customs reports.
3. STOCK COUNT WEEKLY AND MONTHLY
- Do monthly, weekly stock count and report to HK Manager .
4. OTHER TASKS ASSIGNED BY MANAGER.
