• Research and study the features, technical factors, and market suitability of security solutions.
• Research and apply new technology solutions to improve and expand the quality of technical consulting services.
• Propose and advise leaders on technology roadmaps in the security field by market needs and company orientations.
• Update information and train sales staff/related departments on new products.
• Write product selection proposals, technical solutions, and compliance statements for bidding documents.
• Create detailed configurations for quotations.
• Participate in internal training programs as well as technical certification training programs as required by the company.
• Research trends, and proactively propose solutions to customers.
• Fully report regulations related to project reports, contracts, department, and company work.
• Report special issues to the Department Head and Team Leader

• University degree in IT/Telecommunication or equivalent, priority given to security
• At least 2 years of experience in consulting on security products and solutions
• Basic knowledge of operating systems, networks, systems
• Experience in implementing security solutions is an advantage (Open to candidates with experience in implementing/operating security who want to switch to consulting)
• Good English (Reading and understanding specialized documents, technical communication)
• Good communication skills, customer consulting, presentation of solutions and products
  Independent and team working skills
• Flexible, good ability to react and handle problems
