A Business Analyst's experience and skill to do main duties are as follows: Gather information, write documents, manage requests; organize meetings; research the feasibility/suitability, and being the bridge between requesters and tech team. In details:
• Experience in ERP, Logistic, HR business domain.
• Analyze and clarify internal/ external client's requirements.
• Analyze and provide models and solutions based on collected requirements.
• Write software business and use case specification documents; Advise on building prototype.
• Advice from a professional perspective based on analysis and research.
• Communicate the content, support project members, and manage the project to meet client's expectation.
• Documentation of the system manuals.
• Organize instruction, support for users to use the product and troubleshoot when problems occur.
• Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Nice to have:
• Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science and Business Information System
• 3 years' experiences Business Analysist in IT software industry
• Excellent English communication is a must
• Understanding of BABOK Knowledge Areas is a big plus.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and BA Tools (Visio, Axure,
• Balsamiq, or Figma)
• Experience with testing web/mobile applications is an advantage.
• Mature judgment to identify and analyze problem and implement solutions.
• Highly organized with a multi task orientation.
• Refine our Agile methodology based on results and client feedback
