Mô tả Công việc
- Receive labor request from Plants and search potential candidates for each postition
- Screen CVs, pre - interview and connect candidates
- Arrange interview according to procedure, monitor the recruitment process
- Verifying diploma, manage team's stationery
- Find out and plan to participate in job fairs, seminars, indoor and outdoor recruitment activities to promote employer branding
- Plan and implement annual recruitment program
- Manage usage of recruitment websites
- Other tasks as assigned.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor degree of Human Rescources, Business Administration, Economics, ...
- English communication
- Preferred candidates with experienced in mass recruitment or worked at companies with large scale
- Fresher is acceptable
