Job Description
- Strategic Project Management: Drive department-wide strategic projects, coordinating with internal teams and cross-functional partners to ensure objectives are met and aligned with business goals.
- Process Excellence: Act as the internal operations champion, maintaining seamless, efficient process flows within the department and collaborating with other departments for inter-team efficiency.
- Productivity & Cost Optimization: Identify, initiate, and lead high-impact projects focused on optimizing department workflows, enhancing productivity, and scaling operations efficiently.
- Innovative Problem-Solving: Proactively address challenges in project workflows and interdepartmental processes, creating sustainable solutions and continuously refining them.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication, managing expectations, and securing buy-in for projects.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree/MBA is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, or a similar role.
- Excellent storytelling using large data sets (both quantitative & qualitative) in high-level, high-stake business presentations
- Able to design and carry out research projects to develop well-rounded strategy recommendations
- Excellent communication (VIE & EN) and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management methodologies is a plus project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday)
