Position Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic PGI marketing team! In this role, you'll be in charge of planning, executing, and overseeing the company's digital marketing strategy.
If you've got some hands-on experience and a real love for all things audio and consumer electronics, that's a big plus!
Supervisory Responsibilities: Marketing Manager
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage digital eco-system (Paid/ Owned/ Earned) with daily optimization.
• Build Digital Marketing Plan by season/month based on Marketing Campaign, with a focus on social media, search/display marketing and online advertising.
• Work closely with in-house team (Sales, CS, Product, Brand Comm) to execute digital marketing plan.
• Using analytics to plan, execute and optimize, improve cost per results for paid advertising.
• Maintain and optimize the e-com website with updated information from related team.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies in the management of online paid media.
• Collaborating with sales e-com team (Lazada, Shopee, Tik Tok, PGI Online Store) to run the monthly campaign.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), providing monthly, weekly reports.
• Manage and monitor agencies and other vendor partners.
Requirement:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Retail and Market place.
• Competent in data analytics from Power BI, Google Analytics, Facebook Insight & E-comm data.
• Master in Digital and all key Digital metrics to drive O2O traffic.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
• Strong interpersonal, communication & reporting skills.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Know the online sales flow/pattern on many different Ecom Platform and Online website.

Công ty cổ phần sinh học phân tử Gene Viet là đơn vị tiên phong hoạt động trong lĩnh vực ứng dụng công nghệ sinh học phân tử di truyền, đặc biệt là xét nghiệm ADN huyết thống, tầm soát trước sinh (NIPT), tầm soát tiền làm tổ (PGS), sàng lọc và điều trị đích Ung thư.
Là một trong số ít đơn vị được cấp phép chính thức tại Việt Nam, Gene Viet sở hữu phòng xét nghiệm và nghiên cứu theo tiêu chuẩn quốc tế ISO 9001 và trong nước với hệ thống phòng phân tách phân tử sạch với hệ thống áp lực dương tương đương phòng mổ, tiệt trùng không khí với ánh sáng UV, bộ lọc vi cấp HEPO thanh trùng tới 99,9%.
Các xét nghiệm được áp dụng công nghệ giải trình tự gene mới nhất trên thị trường (Next Generation Sequencing – NGS), cho phép giải mã đồng thời hàng triệu ADN cùng lúc với thời gian cho kết quả ngắn nhất trên thiết bị Thermo Fisher và MGI – những hãng công nghệ hàng đầu thế giới về giải mã và phân tích gen. NGS là bước tiến mới nhất trong xét nghiệm gen di truyền để sàng lọc và điều trị đích ung thư. Bộ KIT sử dụng xét nghiệm đều nhập khẩu từ Mỹ, Đức v.v. đạt chứng chỉ CE- IVD, các xét nghiệm được thực hiện trên hệ máy hiện đại của ThermoFisher, MGI.
Gene Viet hợp tác chặt chẽ với các đơn vị nghiên cứu trong nước và quốc tế về sinh học phân tử như Viện Công nghệ Sinh học, Viện Hàn lâm Khoa học và Công nghệ Việt Nam, với các thành viên trực tiếp tham gia nghiên cứu công nghệ, dữ liệu và xét nghiệm.
Hiện Gene Viet đã triển khai hàng nghìn ca xét nghiệm ADN với độ chính xác lên tới 99,9%, cũng như phát triển hoàn thiện giải pháp xét nghiệm sàng lọc, điều trị đích ung thư, xét nghiệm PGS cho thụ tinh ống nghiệm v.v. Khả năng xét nghiệm ADN ở mức độ khó của Gene Viet đã quốc tế công nhận.
