- Location: Sa Dec Industrial Park
- Perform accounting and clerical duties related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions
- Prepare payment plan to make sure the continuity of the operation
- Assemble, review and verify invoices and check requests
- Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices sort, code and match invoices
- Set invoices up for payment
- Enter and upload data on SAP System
- Post journal entries on SAP System
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Monitor and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Produce monthly payable reports
- Assist with month end closing
- Provide supporting documentation for audits
- Maintain accurate historical records
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational information
- Other ad-hoc jobs assigned by managers+ Education/Academic: Bachelor's or College's degree preferably in Finance/ Accounting/ Auditing
+ Language/Computer proficiency: Competent communication in Business English is preferred. Good at Excel, Words, PowerPoint and other office computer skills
+ Technical Skills/Competencies: Teamwork player, SAP experience is preferred
+ Behavioral Competencies: Honest, dedicated, hard-working, can-do attitude
+ Work Experience: 2-3-years experience in AccountingThưởng
Fixed 13th month salary; KPI Bonus (1 - 3 Months)
