Mô tả công việc

• Manage and administer VMware virtualized environments, ensuring optimal

performance, availability, and resource utilization.

• Administer a Windows Server environment through Active Directory, Group Policy,

etc.

• Administer Microsoft cloud environments including Office 365.

• Provision, monitor, and maintain physical and virtual server environments.

• Provision desktops and laptops and support local users.

• Ensure the security of company data and systems through the hardening of

systems following industry best practices.

• Ensure the reliable backup of critical company data.

• Have a basic understanding of MS-SQL database environments.

• Understand existing technologies and new technology trends.

• Build, harden, patch, and maintain Microsoft windows servers.

• Support of Microsoft email systems (Office 365 & on-premises Exchange).

• Strong security experience & principals.

• Needs to be able to work a flexible schedule (evenings, night work, etc.).

• Will provide on-call support as needed.

• Ability to create network diagrams and documentation for design and planning

network communication systems.

• Ability to quickly learn technologies and products using documentation and

internet resources.

• Ability to work with all levels of IT staff inside and outside the organization.

• Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Good English (report to US), 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role

• Proven experience as a System Engineer with expertise in VMware, Azure AD,

networking, switch and router programming, on-prem AD, backup solutions, data,

and user security.

• Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies, specifically VMware

vSphere/vCenter.

• Proficiency in managing Azure AD, including user provisioning, access controls, and

identity management.

• In-depth understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and architectures,

including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs.

• Hands-on experience with switch and router programming, including Cisco IOS.

• Familiarity with on-premises Active Directory (AD) administration, group policies,

and security permissions.

• Experience with backup and recovery solutions, particularly CommVault or similar

tools.

• Solid understanding of data, network, and user security best practices and industry

standards.

• Knowledge of disaster recovery planning, implementation, and testing.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-

functional teams.

Cùng với việc khai thác kho nội dung từ VTV, VTVcab và việc hợp tác với các đơn vị cung cấp nội dung trong nước và quốc tế như: Hội Điện Ảnh, Thông Tấn xã Việt nam, công ty BHD, An Phước, Thảo Lê, Qnet …VTVlive mong muốn sẽ đáp ứng đa dạng và phong phú nội dung cho khách hàng khắp mọi miền tổ quốc, cũng như kiều bào ở nước ngoài những thông tin văn hóa, kinh tế, chính trị, khoa học, đời sống và giải trí kịp thời và hữu hiệu của mọi gia đình Việt Nam.
