Job Description

Plan & execute user growth programs related to ShopeePay E-wallet users growth on Shopee platform across marketing, promotions, and product optimization to achieve targets.
Lead the execution of growth initiatives with cross-disciplinary teams ensuring alignment and securing the support needed to execute growth plans.
Conduct, work with Business Intelligence teams to perform analyses, and tests to continuously optimize the user conversion funnels.
Conduct research on users-related trends to provide actions & initiatives for user growth.
Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth initiatives, and provide regular reports, analyses and insights to support decision-making.
Manage Marketing assets (in-app & out-app) to deliver campaigns on time in full.
Anticipate and troubleshoot during campaigns when issues arise; identify root causes and potential solutions to problems.
Other tasks as assigned by the team lead.

Requirements

University graduate with a relevant bachelor degree.
At least 2 years of experience in Growth Projects/Project Management (preferably background in growth in E-commerce or Tech companies).
Strong analysis & Data-driven mindset is a must: Strong capability of interpreting data metrics, building data templates, visualizing data into reports/dashboards and making strategic recommendations.
Solid computer skills, especially Google Sheet, Excel, Powerpoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong analytical, and critical thinking with a goal-oriented attitude.
Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated and independent learner.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
