Implement to the process to issue new orders in the ERP system.
Follow up and expedite purchaser orders to ensure parts arrive on time as scheduled.
Arrange for pick up of parts and material under Ex-work delivery term and arrange for payment for POs.
Check shipping documents such as Inv, PL, BL/AWB and transfer them to the logistic team for implementing the importing process.
Source alternative parts, suppliers, ensure supply continuity and quality of products.
Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive purchasing price, on time delivery, and improvement on other commercial terms.

Prior experience in handling purchasing, managing delivery or logistic operation or merchanizer for importing material for a large number of items (1000-> 2000 material SKUs) for at least five years is critical.
Good negotiation skills both in English and Vietnamese
Good skills of Excel
University, college graduation or the like is required. Supply Chain Certification is a plus.
Prior experiences in handling purchasing for technical parts, chemicals, accessories is desirable.
