Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive quality standards for all product categories, including FMCG, fashion, electronics, and lifestyle products.
Ensure the standards align with customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Regularly review and update the quality standards to reflect product evolution, market changes, and emerging compliance requirements.
Inbound Product Inspection:
Monitor the quality of ongoing product lines in inventory, ensuring consistency in quality across all batches.
Analyze customer feedback and return data to identify trends in product quality and adjust inspection protocols or escalate issues through the Sourcing team.
Ongoing Product Quality Consistency:

Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure all products meet relevant safety regulations and legal requirements before being sold on the platform.
Conduct risk assessments for new product categories and implement measures to mitigate potential quality issues.
Customer Complaint Resolution:
Collaborate with the customer service team to investigate and resolve quality-related customer complaints.
Use customer feedback to refine quality standards and improve supplier quality.
Other tasks/duties assigned by Head of Department/ Line Manager.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
4-6 years of experience in quality control. Experience in e-commerce, retail.
Leadership experience, with the ability to develop and lead a QC team.
Proven ability to develop and implement quality standards for diverse product categories.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities and collaborative attitude.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple purchasing order and suppliers.
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
High ethical standards and integrity in procurement practices.
