Mô tả Công việc
* Document Management:
- Prepare, store, and manage documents related to company operations.
- Ensure all documents are organized, easily accessible, and secure.
* Office IT Skills:
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Assist the manager in drafting documents, reports, and other necessary materials.
* Sales (B2B Communication):
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
- Consult and introduce the company’s products/services to corporate clients.
- Monitor and support the transaction process from initial contact to contract signing, and implement related project tasks.
* Tasks as Assigned by Superior:
- Perform tasks assigned by superiors promptly and effectively.
- Report work progress and arising issues to superiors.
- Coordinate and support work with related departments.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
* Education: Graduation from college or university in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
* Language Skills: Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English (preferred).
* Work Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar position.
* Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, especially in B2B communication.
- Proficient in office IT skills.
- Strong organizational and document management skills.
- Teamwork skills and the ability to work independently.
* Other Requirements: Honest, careful, and highly responsible.
