· To deliver HR expertise to internal stakeholders in various aspects of human resources including talent management, and organizational development, with a focus on fostering a positive and engaging work environment

1. Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Activities:

• Support the creation and maintenance of engaging employer branding materials.

• Participate in managing our online presence and reputation on various platforms

• Participate in the end-to-end recruitment process

• Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.

• Support to develop or update job descriptions and candidate profiles
• Lead the development and implementation of the onboarding program for new hires, taking ownership of ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
• Monitoring and providing support to new employees during their probationary period.

2. Employee Experience:

• Assist in implementing programs to boost employee satisfaction and commitment.
• Participate in planning, conducting, and analyzing employee surveys.
• Contribute to the development of action plans based on survey results and help drive roll-out plan

3. Performance Management:

• Support to drive the performance management processes
• Assist in identifying and addressing performance-related issues.

4. Training Activities:

• Support to launch the training need analysis as per guidance
• Assist in the development and delivery of training programs.
