And as the Product Commercialization Specialist (Project Manager), you’ll be accountable to manage cross-functional recurring projects and delivering initiatives for Investment programs
Why We Need You:
We seek a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our Product Commercialization Support (PCS) team. The successful candidate will be critical in ensuring the seamless execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and active project charters, ensuring timely product launches. In this role you will part a team of 6, to define and initial projects, develop comprehensive project plans and direct project execution.

What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for defining and initiating projects, developing comprehensive project plans, and directing and managing project execution. This role also encompasses monitoring and controlling project progress, managing scope, schedule, and cost changes, and formally concluding the project or its phases.
- Manage and maintain accurate NPI project milestones using the project management software Wrike, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Update the PCS project tracker and report project status and KPIs to cross-functional teams on a weekly basis.
- Conduct project meetings, ensuring thorough documentation and effective communication.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
- Track project performance, identify risks, and escalate concerns to product engine and supply chain team members as necessary.
- Assist in preparing project-related reports and presentations for various stakeholders.
- Provide comprehensive weekly status reports for larger cross-functional projects, ensuring transparency and timely updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Implement process changes and provide necessary training to teams impacted.
- Partner with the Manager of Product Commercialization to update and maintain the commercialization calendar.
- Establish and maintain project management methodologies and best practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Who You Are:
- Minimum 2 years experience in project management; while a PMP certification is not a prerequisite, we highly value candidates with professional certifications in project management or related fields. Relevant certifications could include CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management)
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as Wrike or MS Projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Competently managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
