The position is located in the Vietnam Factory: ST3

Main mission:

Ensures that workplace activities always comply with the H&S and Security company policies and practices, and government safety regulations, whilst trough his exemplarity and leadership, promotes a positive H&S culture on her/his perimeter

Main Responsibilities:

Regular activities on her/his perimeter:

Exercise the role of TECHNICAL ADVISOR for local team trough risk assessments and procedures definition that take into account all relevant hazards. Signal and alerts local management about changes that can impact health & safety of employees
Is the H&S STANDARDS CUSTODIAN where he/she make sure that they are available, updated and relevant all times with changes in local law and any other H&S development or best practices
Acts as an OBSERVOR & AUDITOR, discussing the standards with teams making sure their right implementation and help them to put controls or solutions in place to prevent accidents, injuries and health problems
Is the H&S PERFORMANCE AND DATA ANALYST, reviewing trends and focus areas for improvement. keeping records updated. Ensures that all employees are trained on H&S subjects
Supports for root cause analysis and learnings from INCIDENT INVESTIGATION to help avoiding their repetition
Is the CORRECTIVE ACTION CONSCIENCE, facilitating deployment and help on prioritization
He/She COACH AND TRAIN the site CODIR and organization supervisory level, supporting line management on fulfilling their role, stimulates learning in new areas i.e. risk perception and on safe behaviors. Contribute to design and deliver training on some key H&S topics where he is an expert or referent.
Is a FACILITATOR, engaging all people in H&S improvement and awareness activities.
It coordinates all SECURITY related activities and incidents within his perimeter.
Help to deploy locally WELLBEING initiatives issued from HSS central team and HR.

Collaborates with:

Health & Safety inspectors, trade unions, employees representatives, associations and other H&S coordinators and top management to ensure best practices awareness, updates, alignment and adhesion.

Profile:

Preferred diploma and/or level of professional experience:

Recognized training certificate or Diploma on Engineering, HR or industrial management, with ideally a specialization in Health and Safety area
Good knowledge of H&S legislation

Preferred skills business / technical knowhow to perform in the job:

Specific skills (foreign languages, software, …):

English knowledge as a foreign language is mandatory
Good spoken and written communication skills
Good negotiation skills
Knowledge in the implementation of industrial safety programs is an added value
Availability and motivation to be an internal trainer on H&S subjects

Soft skills:

Good Safety Leadership skills is a must
Assertive (to challenge and give advices) and rigorous (data based)
Perseverant
Patient, Empathetic & Pedagogue
Proactive & Enthusiastic
Disciplined/well organized and attention to detail
Ability to stay calm in high stress situations or under pressure

Lịch sử thành lập

Năm 1865, Jules Bel thành lập cơ sở kinh doanh thương mại và làm chín phô mai Comté ở vùng Jura của Pháp.
Năm 1922, con trai ông - Léon Bel quyết tâm thành lập Fromageries Bel.
Năm 1921, Léon Bel đăng ký nhãn hiệu Laughing Cow® – một sản phẩm hoàn toàn mới tại Pháp, với công thức độc đáo, hương vị tan chảy trong miệng, đóng gói theo từng phần, hình tam giác và dạng gói.
Năm 1929, công ty con quốc tế đầu tiên được thành lập, xây dựng các nhà máy quốc tế đầu tiên ở Vương quốc Anh và Bỉ.
Năm 1933, Tập đoàn ra mắt thương hiệu Babybel® .
Năm 1937, Robert Fievet, con rể của Léon Bel, được bổ nhiệm làm Giám đốc điều hành. Ông trở thành Chủ tịch vào năm 1941.
Năm 1960, thương hiệu APERICUBE® được ra mắt tại Pháp, tiếp theo là sự ra mắt của KIRI® vài năm sau đó vào năm 1966, và cuối cùng là Mini Babybel® mang tính biểu tượng với vỏ sáp màu đỏ vào năm 1977.
Năm 2016, Tập đoàn đã thực hiện các kế hoạch này bằng việc mua lại MOM Group , chủ sở hữu các thương hiệu Materne® Pom'Potes® , GoGo squeeZ® và Mont Blanc® , từ đó đa dạng hóa sản phẩm của mình trong phân khúc trái cây.
Năm 2022, Tập đoàn đã tăng cường phát triển quốc tế bằng hai thương vụ mua lại: lần đầu tiên dưới hình thức mua lại phần lớn cổ phần của công ty Trung Quốc Shandong Junjun Cheese Co., Ltd và lần thứ hai dưới hình thức liên doanh ở Ấn Độ, nơi Tập đoàn đã mua 49% cổ phần của Britannia Dairy Private Limited (BDPL), một công ty con thuộc sở hữu hoàn toàn của Britannia Limited .
