Role Overview

Support the E2E Carlsberg Excellence Implementation for defined production and supply chain operations.
Train, Consult and Assess the implementation of the Carlsberg Excellence Foundations and the relevant Advanced Carlsberg Excellence Processes and Standards
Support the priorities deployment at all functions & levels of the production and supply chain operations.
Support the Implementation for defined production and supply chain operations Focused Improvement cycle, ensuring clear loss intelligence at all functions and levels, setting clear plans and using the right methods and tools for loss eradication and setting the right standards for loss prevention
Support implementation of standards, continuous internal and external benchmarking and best practices sharing
Support capability building according to Carlsberg standard

What You’ll Be Doing

Process Management
Supports implementation of the Carlsberg Excellence through implementation of integrated tactical implementation plans
supports implementation of Carlsberg Excellence Foundations and the relevant Advanced Carlsberg Excellence Processes and Standards against strategy and targets
Responsible for training and ensuring problem solving methodologies are used to resolve day to day performance gaps and issues bringing a Zero Loss mindset
Responsible for facilitating Carlsberg Excellence best practice sharing externally and internally
Contributing to the development Carlsberg Excellence capabilities within the Supply Chain organization
Support COM compliance and coordinates COM self-assessments & on-time completion of identified gaps Performance Management
Supports rollout of Carlsberg Excellence Foundations
Supports reviewing Carlsberg Excellence implementation plans, successes & failures with the objective of constantly achieving business targets
Works on Carlsberg Excellence Foundations targets, leading the development of the implementation approach in alignment with Site business needs
Supports and in some specific cases owns the delivery of business objectives (e.g. loss reduction, savings…) using the Focused Improvement cycles
Facilitating constant internal and external benchmarking Functional Specific Management
Ensures sufficient internal resource is allocated to key initiatives
Ensure Carlsberg Excellence targets are implicitly understood and managed efficiently at an appropriate level
Ensures compliance to Group Carlsberg Excellence standards
Facilitates workshops, activities and trainings for delivered budgeted target results as required
Develops the understanding of Carlsberg Excellence
Is a mentor to everyone during implementation of Carlsberg Excellence Foundations and Advanced tools, for the best quality and results through application
People Management
Support people capability building throughout the organisation fully utilising the community to gather momentum and grows individuals
Contributing to the development Carlsberg Excellence capabilities within the Supply Chain organization others tasks assigned by Manager

What We’re Looking For

University degree or necessary experience from relative position in Supply Chain;
3 years’ experience within Production & Supply Chain operations environment role (direct responsibly), preferable with min. implement improvement programs (Operational Excellence, Lean, TPM, SixSigma) to achieve budgeted targets. Has deep understanding and live up to Carlsberg Excellence core principles:
Strive for Perfection / Continuous improvement by having a “Zero Loss” and “Customer Oriented” mindset
Respect for People & development of High Performance Organisation.
Proactively aligns self and team towards the agreed priorities

Năm 2011, Trở thành chủ sở hữu duy nhất của nhà máy bia Huế
Năm 2013, Thành lập công ty TNHH Carlsberg Việt Nam và ra mắt bia Huda Gold (dòng sản phẩm cao cấp phát triển từ Huda)
Năm 2016, Ra mắt bia Tuborg trong phân khúc cao cấp
Năm 2018, Nhằm chào mừng Festival Huế lần thứ 10, Carlsberg Việt Nam chính thức cho ra mắt sản phẩm bia mới mang tên Huda Ice Blast
