Role Description

This role will support our Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and mapping top talents within the Biotechnology markets across Asia, Europe, and the US.

Responsibilities

● Implementing employer branding strategies by cultivating university partnerships, organizing BioTuring's presence at career events, and facilitating company tours.

● Conducting talent sourcing and mapping to identify potential candidates across Asia, Europe, and the US.

● Assisting in screening resumes and conducting initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

● Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align sourcing efforts and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

● Coordinating and scheduling of candidate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.

● Conducting general market research on various companies in the Biology and Technology industry.

● Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information.

● Providing weekly reporting and presentations.

Requirement

● Understanding of the Early Talent Recruitment Market and student job search trends.

● Experience in internship/placement recruitment.

● Knowledge of selection, interviewing, and assessment best practices, including data privacy and equal opportunities, and ability to manage multiple pipelines.

● Technology proficiency.

● Strong organisational, time management, and attention to detail skills.

● Engaging communication skills, with the ability to effectively host and MC events.

● Agile mindset with the ability to respond positively to changing demands.
