We are seeking a skilled Brand marketing to join our team with responsibility as below:
Responsibility:
Brand marketing (70%)
Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation
Collaborate with sales to ensure marketing efforts support lead generation and sale goals.
Create content that promotes and enhances the company culture and brand.
Develop engaging and relevant content for both internal and external communication in the website, social media channels, and other online platforms
Develop and implement SEO to improve the company's visibility in online searches (if any)
Internal communication (30%)
Develop and maintain communication for internal events and initiatives
Keep employees informed and engaged
Organize and manage company events and programs, from concept to execution. Write scripts and plan, ensuring they are engaging and aligned with the company's objectives.
Act as the MC for company events, leading and hosting programs effectivelyRequirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in Content marketing/ Brand Marketing/ Internal Communication or a similar role
Strong skills in content creation
Ability to grasp trends and catch trends well
Proficient English both written and oral
Experience in event hosting and organization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Nice to have:
Working experience in the IT company or being passionate about the IT industry is a plus.
Experience in SEO with focus on B2B and international market is a plusBenefit
Enjoying fulfill 100% salary during probation.
Review salary 2 times/yearly.
Bonus 13th salary (Base on company regulation)
Bonus monthly base on feedback of customer and ending project (if any) base on Company regulation
