Founded in 2010, we have strived to be the world leader in e-commerce enablers in term of trading, product creating and e-commerce servicing. Based in California with an operation office in HCMC, we have more than 500 young and talented members with expert knowledge and experience in the e-commerce industry.

We are on an ambitious journey to dominate not only US e-commerce market but also to enter new e-commerce markets of more than 15 countries in Europe, Asia and North America, not only Amazon channel but also Walmart, Wayfair among others. With our steady knowledge in E-commerce, Yes4All started to provide end-to-end ecommerce-enabler service in order to help Vietnamese and global manufacturers or struggling sellers bring their products to the US & International markets.

I. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. SOP Development and Management

  • Lead the development, documentation, and implementation of SOPs across various departments.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure SOPs are aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Regularly review and update SOPs to reflect changes in processes, technologies, and regulations.

2. Process Consolidation

  • Identify areas of improvement within existing procedures and implement best practices.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of SOPs and suggest improvements as necessary.

3. Training and Compliance

  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure all employees are familiar with and adhere to SOPs.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs through regular audits and inspections.
  • Provide support during external audits and regulatory inspections.

4. ISO 27000 Implementation

  • Develop and implement ISO 27000 standards within the organization, ensuring compliance with information security management practices.
  • Work closely with relevant teams to integrate ISO 27000 standards into existing SOPs.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate information security risks.
  • Lead internal audits and ensure continuous improvement of ISO 27000 compliance.

5. Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain an organized repository of all SOPs and related documents.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on SOP compliance and effectiveness.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

  • Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience in process management, internal control, TQM, and risk management.
  • Certification in process management, quality management, or risk management (preferred).
