Job Description

Produce Net Promoter Score (NPS) reports for sellers and riders, including monitoring data collection, tracking performance to update weekly/ monthly trends, and identifying potential levers to improve seller/ rider/ driver satisfaction.
Proactively conduct market scans to capture competitor activities and key updates for monthly Competitive Intelligence report
Take responsibility for fulfilling the research requests from other teams: taking briefs, clarifying, designing proposals, managing fieldwork, and doing reports for projects (Qualitative/ Quantitative)
Coordinate with stakeholders for research operation/ logistic arrangement (i.e. recruiting samples, scheduling interviews, etc.)
Create methods to collect and analyze internal and external market data, and track and monitor performance to derive business insights.
Provide strategic and clear direction to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and coordination across multiple teams (internal, external teams & partners) to ensure key objectives are aligned across the organization.

Requirements

BA / BS/ Bachelor’s Degree
At least 3 year of work experience in Market Research, Consulting, or Marketing field (having working experience for companies managing large Riders/ Drivers communities such as Grab/ Be/ competitors in logistics is a plus)
Strong business acumen and data analysis skills are prerequisites.
Excellent command of English with stakeholder management and presentation skills
Highly meticulous and good at coordination, able to work under extreme pressure; able and willing to learn quickly.
Willing to be hands-on with strong project management abilities
Resilient, reliable, and more importantly, someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and open learning.
