- Monitor and evaluate training programs, processes and workflows for quality and effectiveness; make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage training schedules, coordinate class starts at multiple locations, and manage training equipment and materials.
- Design and prepare educational aids and materials.
- Work closely with Franchisor for SOP, RCP, Qualtrics report
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
- Organizing monthly certification for crew members and managers
- Daily/weekly doing store visit check to improve food standard
- Ensure NSF/QA REV check
- At least 2 years of experience in training with one year of supervisory experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong graphic design ability.
- Thorough understanding of training processes.
- Ability to moderate large groups.
- Extremely organized and detail oriented.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
