ASSISTANT DIRECTOR

- Perform work to support the CEO, supervise and manage as required by the Director.

- Record and implement instructions from superiors.

- Make decisions on behalf of the Director when necessary, monitor work progress.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monitor financial reporting data, support the director in obtaining and analyzing data when requested

• Closely coordinate with other departments and divisions to complete assigned tasks

• Receive and review records and documents from departments and related parties and submit to the director for approval

• Communicate the director's information to related departments, divisions and units and receive feedback

• Record working minutes, meeting minutes, record and summarize content

• Translate and draft documents and texts in English and Vietnamese as required

• Other tasks as assigned by the Director
