We are seeking a skilled Blow Mold Engineer to join our team. As a leading blow mold manufacturer, we specialize in Bottle Design, Reverse Engineering, 3D Printing, Mold Design, and Bottle Sampling Services. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make significant contributions to our manufacturing processes. Salary to be determined by experience
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop blow mold tooling and components using SolidWorks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize designs for manufacturability, cost, and quality.
Work with Sales and Customers directly to satisfy all requests and requirements
Conduct feasibility studies and analyses to support new product development initiatives.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to blow mold tooling and manufacturing processes.
Perform mold flow analysis and recommend improvements to enhance product performance and efficiency.
Implement design changes and updates based on testing and validation results.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
English Fluency
Proven experience in blow mold design and engineering.
Proficiency in SolidWorks and other relevant CAD software.
Strong understanding of CNC manufacturing processes, particularly in plastic injection molding or blow molding.
Ability to work in US Inch and Metric
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a systematic approach to troubleshooting.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
Experience in a leadership or project management role.
