The successful candidate will work directly with senior management to improve company morale, and employee engagement via internal events and internal communications. 

Responsibility

• Give ideas, and make plans for all internal events to connect and increase the engagement of employees;
• Take full responsibility for organizing all company-requested events within the allocated resources.
• Be in charge of updating, designing, and editing internal publications, and media materials;
• Plan and manage the day-to-day activities for our internal media and event strategies to build a community around our goal of company morale improvement;
• Cooperate and proactively work with Internal PR Officers and/or relevant departments in other offices to implement synchronized internal events efficiently and effectively;
• Create and distribute quarterly newsletters;
• Develop and deliver the organization’s internal communications strategy to increase levels of employee engagement;
• Serve as a spokesperson between managers and team members;
• Be an active listener, catch up with all team members to understand if there are any queries, issues or feedback; then report to the management team to promptly resolve them;
• Demonstrate a growth mindset by actively observing, considering different perspectives, and identifying opportunities to enhance events and workplace culture
• Support other activities regarding employer branding, company events, etc.; 
• Ensure the timely submission of weekly, monthly & quarterly event reports, along with event evaluation reports for all completed events.
• Manually plan and manage event budgets to ensure proper allocation of resources.
• Perform other tasks assigned by operational managers.

Key skills and experience

• University Degree, ideally in a relevant degree such as marketing, communications, advertising or similar;
• At least 1 year of experience working as a related position; 
• Effective communication in both Vietnamese and English (written & oral) 
• Be able to work independently;
• Experienced in graphic design (Showing portfolio may be required); Proficiency in software design tools is required for creating event-related materials, presentations, and engagement content. (Photoshop, Canvas, AI, Video Clip Editing…)
• Active and creative person;
• Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills;
• Must be a confident communicator and presenter; 
• Familiarity with social media tools;
• Strong networking, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills;
• Shows initiative and has a strong work ethic;
• Being interested in sports, physical exercise, mobile games, and game night is a plus.
• Be flexible and available to work on a rotating shift schedule based on event needs and business requirements.

2. Working Environment

• We work 40 hours per week; Given the 24/7 operational nature of the role, staff’s schedules may need to be adjusted based on event requirements and management requests. Might be required to work on Public Holiday and/or shifting schedules.
