Responsibilities: - Provide personalized services, diligently follow up, and proficiently resolve parental inquiries and issues. - Guarantee customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and solution-oriented interactions with parents. - Handle customer complaints and inquiries promptly. - Fulfill reward orders for all our markets diligently and in a timely fashion. - Manage administrative responsibilities, meticulously recording and updating cases in the system. - Undertake additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

- High energy, passion, and deep empathy towards customers. - Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently. - Excellent communication skills with a good command of English. - Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory. - Possession of a good degree from a local university. Work Schedule: 3 Weekdays + 2 Weekends Hours: Weekdays 12pm-9pm, Weekends 10am-7pm
