*** Job Scope:
- Assess new initiatives to determine the work effort and estimate the necessary time-to-completion.
- Take an active role in the project development and deliver the high-quality solutions on time and on a budget
- Collaborate with other technical teams and/or other departments to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain the applications or the services
- Communicates clearly using technical manner to technical members and translated technical requirements into - easy-to-understand language to non-technical members.
- Maintain existing code and functionality once it is assimilated into the ongoing operations, reviews the code - amongst the team and ensures the team completes the project within the deadline and as company’s requirements
- Analyze and resolve technical and application problems
- Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
