A Digital Marketing Executive for our prestigious 5-star boutique resort will play an essential role in enhancing our brand presence online, driving digital engagement, and supporting key revenue and promotional objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Marketing Strategy and Budget Management
• Propose and optimally utilize the digital marketing budget.
• Analyze and evaluate the performance of digital marketing and promotion campaigns.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, seasonal digital marketing reports.
2. Digital Marketing and Online Presence
• Update and monitor information, content, promotions, and offers on the resort’s website, booking engine, and other digital platforms, as well as restaurant outlets’ social media pages.
• Oversee digital platforms (Meta ads manager, API) and online advertising.
• Manage SEO, SEM, GDN, the resort website, Google Analytics, Google Tags and Google Business.
• Plan and execute EDM campaigns.
• Work with media agency and manage awards entries.
3. Content and Media Management
• Direct photographers to take pictures of the resort, rooms, food, drinks, and events.
• Collaborate with external video editors to produce short videos for Facebook/Instagram reels and posts.
• Assist with translations for articles, social media posts, and menus as required and draft articles on different topics in both English and Vietnamese.
4. Brand website and Online Travel Agents Management (OTAs)
- Content Management: Oversee and ensure accuracy and relevancy of online content, imagery, and details related to the resort’s amenities, services, and unique selling points across all digital platforms.
- Collaborative Promotion Strategy: Work closely with the Head of Revenue Management to craft and adjust offers and promotions tailored to specific source markets and key accounts, supporting a balanced segment mix and maintaining desired market share.
- Rate and Promotion Parity: Maintain consistency in rates, offers, and promotions across all digital channels, including OTAs, metasearch platforms, mobile apps, and member-exclusive deals.
- Competitive Positioning on OTAs: Continuously monitor and optimize the resort's positioning on online travel agents to secure and sustain the best possible rankings.
- Market & Industry Insight: Stay informed of evolving market trends, industry shifts, and digital marketing practices by regularly participating in relevant workshops, conferences, and networking events.
5. Internal Collaboration
- Work regularly with other departments in the resort to promote Salinda’s products and services.
- Share news and information related to awards, posts/published online articles, bloggers, and media stays internally on the chat group or emails

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing, Hospitality Managemet or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within the luxury or hospitality sector
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, online travel agents (OTAs), meta platforms, and e-commerce tacticals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Proactive mindset with an ability to stay ahead of digital marketing trends
