The Role
This position will be member of the Engineering / Building team responsible for maintaining, repairing and servicing building engineering services.

This position will be member of the Engineering / Building team responsible for maintaining, repairing and servicing building engineering services.
Job Responsibilities
- Play a hands-on role in maintenance of ACMV, plumbing & sanitary systems, amenities, fittings and fixtures, wall, ceiling and floor finishing of properties.
- Involved in the inspection of contractors’ works, tenants fit-out and reinstatement works and assisting in handling of tenants’ requests or feedback.
- Generate defect inspection reports.
- Schedule preventive maintenance and corrective work orders using the Facilities Management System.
- Higher / NITEC in Facility Technology (Mechanical & Electrical Services), Facility Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experiences in building management and Mechanical and Electrical systems.
- Possess experience in painting, masonry, carpentry and ironmongery works will have an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Possess good interpersonal skills, the ability to handle difficult situations and works well in a fast-paced environment.
- Required to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays.

Công ty TNHH ICAR Việt Nam là đơn vị nghiên cứu và phát triển sản phẩm công nghệ ô tô. Chuyên nghiên cứu, thiết kế, chế tạo, phân phối thiết bị phụ kiện công nghệ ô tô như: đầu DVD android ô tô, cảm biến áp suất lốp ô tô, camera 360 độ ô tô, camera hành trình ô tô, bơm điện mini, cảm biến hỗ trợ đỗ xe,..v.v..
- ICAR Việt Nam được thành lập từ một nhóm kỹ sư công nghệ rất đam mê và nhiệt huyết với việc nghiên cứu những sản phẩm đồ chơi công nghệ ô tô thực sự phù hợp với nhu cầu và thói quen sử dụng xe của người Việt. ICAR đã cho ra mắt rất nhiều sản phẩm độc đáo mới mẻ trên thị trường như: cảm biến áp suất lốp theo xe, màn hình android ô tô, cảm biến va chạm, camera 360 cho ô tô, camera hành trình.. ICAR Việt Nam đã khẳng định được giá trị riêng biệt của mình trên thị trường phụ kiện đồ chơi xe hơi, khi nhắc đến những sản phẩm đồ chơi công nghệ ô tô không thể không nhắc đến ICAR Việt Nam.
