Position: Customer Support
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the day to day operations within the customer service team including process escalations, quality checking, and customers needs
Follow customer service processes; from order entry to the delivery of goods
Determine best solutions for the issues, if any, escalated by the customers
Liaise with the vendors to obtain information relating to the preparation and shipping of customer purchase orders.
Handle and resolve queries raised by Customers and Leader
Assist customers through email, live chat, social media (Facebook, Instagram,...), phone
Coordinate with other teams to achieve business goals
Requirements:
English language skills required (fluency in writing)
Age range: 20- 25. Experience in CRM systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, ...) or working in Print On Demand Company is a plus.
Able to handle multi- tasks
Honest, meticulous and self- motivated
Interests:
Competitive salary : 7.600.000 VND per month +KPI

Working time: 08:00 am – 05:00 pm, Monday to Friday and Saturday 08:00 am to 12 am. (Break time 12:00 pm – 01:00 pm, and 03:00 pm – 03:20 pm)
