The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities;
Business Development
- Proactively explore new business opportunities through networking, social media, joining exhibitions and conference, as well as through market research
- Arrange client meeting to understand customer needs and to present our products and services Customer Account Management
- Proactively keep track of customers’ needs and satisfaction level to encourage existing customers to continue using our products/ services, and issue renewal contracts.
- Identify and capture additional needs from existing customers to up-sell / cross-sell more products and services.
- Ensure full set of signed contract and customers’ company profile are passed over to operation team for scheduling products/service delivery as soon as possible.
- University Degree level or equivalent education
- 2 years of relevant work experience in sales and business development
- Energetic with an “Hungry for Sales” attitude, be result and KPI driven
- Enjoy achieving and over-achieving targets
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of ISO Standards will be advantageous
- Working experience and knowledge of the ICT Sector will be advantageous
- Commercial understanding of the compliance industry, minimum 2 years quality system management work experience is preferred.

Công ty Kwong Lung Meko chuyên hoạt động trong lĩnh vực sản xuất và chế biến lông vũ kết hợp với may mặc. Nhà xưởng của Công ty đặt tại KCN Trà Nóc (Quận Bình Thủy, TP. Cần Thơ) với diện tích hơn 17.000 m², lực lượng công nhân hơn 1.300 người. Xưởng được trang bị hệ thống máy móc trang thiết bị hiện đại và đồng bộ, đảm bảo cho ra đời những sản phẩm đạt yêu cầu chất lượng. Ngoài ra bí quyết thành công của Kwong Lung Meko còn nằm ở chữ Tín, luôn cam kết giao hàng đúng hẹn và đúng chất lượng; được các đối tác, khách hàng tin tưởng.
